initial bowen session
The first session includes a discussion of your history and symptoms, along with expectations for your journey towards holistic health. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a better understanding of how Bowen therapy can assist you in achieving pain relief and what to do—and avoid—to improve your results. The session concludes with a relaxing introduction to Bowen therapy, which prepares the body for future sessions.

Appointments are available for clients who have previously experienced Bowen therapy sessions. If you are new to our practice but familiar with Bowen, a free phone consultation is recommended prior to your appointment.
Client’s under the age of 18 must have parental permission.

Kids love Bowen!! Many reasons to bring your child for Bowen Therapy are: ADHD, focus and concentration, anxiety/social, grief, headaches, PCS- (post concussion syndrome), athletic injuries, GI concerns, bedwetting, teeth grinding, and so much more
Children require less time to process Bowen on the table therefore children unable to lie on the table will not have a long session and it's ok if they can't stay still.

teen sports reset
For the young athlete. This is for minor injuries or help when something feels like you need a little extra but not necessarily urgent care. Sometimes the body doesn’t want to cooperate, even when you shake it off and take a deep breath. Whether it’s a little “kink” in your knee or other joint, muscle pull or your game is “off” while waiting on a doctor appointment can be weeks, giving Bowen a chance can help in the meantime. We do not diagnose but will assess to be sure it’s safe to work on. This teen sports session is like a mini holistic band-aid or tune up or a simple reset to re-balance and re-energize ages 13-17 (or up to senior in high school)

Experience one-on-one assisted stretching in a private setting to enhance your holistic health. Our safe stretching techniques promote optimal function, agility, and mobility, offering effective pain relief.

An integrative form of alternating pressure applied to the feet with fingers and thumbs following the maps which reflect the organs and structures of the body. Offers many health benefits.

trio experience
This trio is a taste of our services.
The session begins with a brief history and Q&A. You will remain dressed in comfortable clothing and have an assisted stretching warm-up. Following with a series of Bowen relaxation moves which will prep your nervous system for any future sessions. Concludes with relaxing reflexology mini session.

A Japanese energy-healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Aiming to balance energy flow and supporting the body's natural ability to heal. Distance reiki is also offered.
